I Hate The Rain!

“Life is full of beauty. Notice it. Notice the bumble bee, the small child, and the smiling faces. Smell the rain, and feel the wind. Live your life to the fullest potential, and fight for your dreams.” – Ashley SmithRain, Rain go away come right back another day…Rain on a Friday has to be the universal worse scenario when people wake up in the morning. The normal euphoria felt around the office, and at school on a Friday is almost always superseded by the appearance of rain. Rain leads to traffic, Rain leads to accidents, and rain can often ruin plans especially those that take place outdoors. Hating rain is something subconsciously or sometimes outwardly taught to us from birth. Its something that is taught to us from a very young age as we learn the song that began this blog. We MUST hate the rain. We MUST let the rain determine the outcome of our day. Rain is negative. When rain comes we should want it to immediately go away. But, if you look at the reason why it rains, and all the good it leads to overall I think you will see the JOY that is RAIN. It’s because of rain that we live. In the simplest translation rain helps crops grow, we eat crops and the animals that eat crops. We drink beverage made from fruits, that depend on rain to grow. It’s a intricate component in the circle of life here on earth. Most importantly rain gives us a free car wash especially days immediately following a fresh car wash. Don’t worry I’m convinced it’s a conspiracy by nature too…that’s why I don’t wash my car J LOL.

The morale of the story is don’t let the weather ruin your day, and don’t let it ruin the day of those around you. Place yourself in the same mind state as a Friday morning, when its sunny and warm and you are getting off work early and its PAYDAY! Don’t wait until the PERFECT DAY, or what you perceive to be a BETTER DAY before you are in a great mood. Share a smile with someone today and celebrate its RAINING AND IT’S A BEAUTIFUL DAY.

Be GREAT at what you do today!
