Challenge Yourself…then repeat!

“I’ve missed more than 9000 shots in my career. I’ve lost almost 300 games. Twenty-six times I’ve been trusted to take the game winning shot and missed. I’ve failed over and over and over again in my life. And that is why I succeed.” – Michael Jordan

What good is a goal if it does not have up’s and down’s, peaks and valleys, failures and accomplishments? NOTHING special if you ask me. The point is don’t set easily attainable goals out of fear of failing. If Michael Jordan had requested that they no longer give him the responsibility of the game winning shot, or he could have shot less times to avoid missing. But, then he would not be considered the greatest basketball player of all time. He succeeded at so much in life because he did take risks, he did CHALLENGE himself and therefore he SUCEEDS. You must approach life’s challenges with the same resilience, the same drive, the same committment and the same WILL TO WIN. It does not end with one challenge, you must repeatedly challenge yourself and continue to raise the bar.

Remember challenge yourself, and refuse to quit, settle, compromise or to stop before the finish line. You can be whatever you want to be just remember to be your biggest cheerleader, and your biggest advocate.

To Your Continued Success, Go be GREAT at what you do today.
