“Excuses are monuments of nothingness. They build bridges to nowhere. Those who use these tools of incompetence, seldom become anything but nothing at all.”  – UnknownHow many times, have you stop short of a goal because it was much easier to find resolve in an excuses…This does not only apply to your biggest and most challenging goals. This also applies to your everyday goals,  for example do any of the following sound familiar?

* “I can’t work out, I’m too tired”

* “I can’t eat breakfast, I do not have enough time in the morning”

* “I can’t find a job, the market is too hard”

* “I can’t do (insert excuses here) I don’t have enough time.”

I know it may seem cliche’ but the fact remains “Can’t” should not be in your vocabulary. ELIMINATE IT NOW!!! That word is evil and it will hinder you in accomplishing any of your goals.Worst yet, it is normally coupled with an excuse which will make it nearly impossible for you to even feel remorse for QUITTING on your goal.So from this day forward you must declare “I will no longer use the word ‘CAN’T’ . Now that the hard part is over the rest can soon become history. Of course accomplishing your goals will not be easy, it will normally not happen quickly, and it will more than likely be met with countless failures before you reach it.

The important part to remember, is to never use excuses. It very easy to pass the blame for your failures,but if you take an honest look at yourself you will find that it is ultimately your fault. So when you begin each day say to yourself as many times as needed in the mirror, I CAN (insert goal here).
